About The Event
Mature Flower is a warm, friendly and supportive women’s health event created for women aged 45+ to talk openly about menopause, emotional wellbeing, and this new stage of life.
Menopause can be a confusing, emotional and sometimes lonely time, especially for women who may not easily access traditional NHS services or who prefer to talk in a more relaxed, community-based environment. This event is designed to be a safe, culturally sensitive and welcoming space where women can share experiences, learn from each other, and feel supported.
This event is part of a South West London women’s health series supporting women from various communities.
