Leadership Commitment: Our leadership team is responsible for providing the necessary resources and support to maintain health and safety standards.

 

Staff and Volunteers: All staff and volunteers are responsible for following health and safety procedures, reporting hazards, and taking reasonable care to ensure their safety and the safety of others.

 

Service Users: We encourage service users to adhere to safety guidelines and report any safety concerns promptly.

 

3. Risk Assessment and Control

 

We will regularly conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards associated with our activities and events.

 

Measures will be implemented to control and mitigate identified risks, and these will be communicated to staff, volunteers, and service users.

 

4. Safe Facilities and Equipment

 

We will maintain our facilities and equipment in a safe and operational condition.

 

Regular inspections and maintenance checks will be conducted to ensure safety standards are met.

 

5. Emergency Procedures
