We’ll explore real topics that matter — from understanding how your body works to managing stress, self-image and the thoughts that live in your mind. Through an interactive health quiz, open discussion, a powerful “Good, Bad & Ugly” vision board workshop, and a creative team challenge where girls respond to real-life “burning topics” (such as friendship struggles, body confidence, social media pressure or anxiety) through a song, dance, poem or short drama, girls will leave feeling informed, encouraged and empowered.
